10,000 Swing Challenge - Day 11

Swings 15 Pullups 1 Swings 35 Pullups 2 Swings 15 Pullups 3 Swings 35 Stretch. 2-3 minutes rest and mobility work. I used a 20 for all sets. A bit pushed for time this evening. 4250 so far.
