One arm KB press 5x16,12
Pullups 2x5
Goblet Squats 2x5x20
Hollow rocks 15 seconds on, 15 seconds off for 3 minutes (arms by side.)
Swings 16Kg 30/30 5 minutes.

Stretch: Hamstrings
