Workout 3.

18:30 Home

One arm KB press 2x5x16
Pistol 2x5x8, to parallel
Pullups 2x5 (2nd x8)

Hollow rocks 15 seconds on, 15 seconds off for 3 minutes
Snatches 15/15 16Kg, 5 reps for 5 minutes.

Stretch: Couch stretch., hip mobilization, soft tissue quads.
