One arm KB press 2x5x12
Pistol 2x5x8, to parallel
Pullups 2x5

Hollow rocks 15 seconds on, 15 seconds off for 3 minutes, half with hands over head.
Snatches 15/15 12Kg, 7 reps for 5 minutes.
