A bit of a mixed bag. I started to rush mid way though my first bout and it took half of the second bout for me to settle down again. I was very distracted for the remainder of the night. Maybe too much on my mind.

My upper back went into spasm after a twisty CA. Hot and humid evening didn't help either. That said by 4th bout I was tired, but very relaxed so I started pulling off some nice actions.
