Press 10x20, 5x30, 3x35,2x40,1x45, 3x5x47.5
Power Curl 3x8x40

Stretch

First day with belt and shoes. Belt helped on press. Relaxed on 4th rep second set, minor groin pull. Felt it in third set. Belt also seems to affect me getting depth.
