MobilityWOD Ep 296: Hamstring, hip flexor flossing, thoracic extension.
Soft tissue right hip.
An easy one tonight. I was feeling a little wiped. I took a short break before the snatches and that helped me get a second wind.
This MWOD really did the trick. I was suffering from a bout of hip pain. It's a reoccurring issue and this combination really helped.
