Soft tissue right hip.
I'm past the halfway mark. My lifts are up. My left shoulder and both elbows are complaining a little so need to do more soft tissue work there.
The Achilles tendinitis in my left loft has flare up again. It seemed better until the fencing session last week. I wore my old shoes and I think the lack sufficient support. I need to get this under control as well.
