Lesson
Stretch: Splits
Pretty tired today. Really just focused on staying relaxed. In the first bout I messed around too much and my distance was all wrong leaving me open to simple attacks.
Pretty happy with the last bouts. I was focusing on taking over the attack and then finishing to different line, flank, over the shoulder, direct to chest. I mixed that up with step in invitation where I was looking for the parry.
