Warmup

10 swings, followed by 10 pushups
9 swings, 9 pushups
9 swings, 8 pushups etc etc. 

Last set 1 Swing, 7 pushups (Actually failed on this set)


Circuit each side 16Kg KB
DB Clean: 8,5,3
DB FS: 3,2,1



Stretch: Hamstrings
