Stretch: Wall splits, wall figure 4.

Mentally worn out and aching hip combined with a foil which stopped working intermittently. Not a good mix as the results attest.

Lessons learned.
Clear you head.
Careful with stretching, some aggravate hip injury.
Test weapons with greater diligence.
