15 minutes greater intensity.
handstand 30, 30 60 seconds
Planche progression 6 x 10 seconds
Skipping 5 x 30 seconds (calf felt fine)
Cross trainer 10 minutes level 10
Plank and side plank each 30 seconds
Stretch
