Lesson
I'm focusing on two things.
- very active defence. This is allowing me to get closer to set up action
- Recycling the march. Not advancing for too long, 4-5 steps, but resetting and taking over
I lost a few points last night because my step lunge off the line wasn't aggressive enough. Next session I'm going to focus on a very aggressive but focused start.
