17 30 Gym
Bench 2x5x20, 5x40, 3x50, 3x60, 1x70 2x5x72.5* Squat 8x20, 5x60, 3x5x85 Deadlift 5x60 4x80, 3x100, 2x120 1x130 5x137.5 Stretch in between Tired from late flight and busty weekend. Cut bench short due to busy gym. Happy with deadlift.
