Warm up

SLDL 2x8x112.5

Incline Bench 5,2x62.5

Pullups (supinated) 2x5

Dips 2x8

Calf Raises 2x12 


Stretch 


Incline bench seems stalled. Maybe because I did it after lower body today. Maybe because I was tired. Going to change it up for a press.
