Leg press 2x8

KB Swings 2x25

Incline Bench 2x5x50

Pullups 2x5 BW+10

Dips 2x8 BW

DB Curls 2x8x16


Stretch


Squat rack was busy so had to improvise. Pullup was too big of a jump.
