Warm up - run to the gym plus some light sets.


Cleans 3x5x55

Press 3x5x42.5

Pullups 8,7,7

Superset 3x10

Leg ext

Leg curls


Stretch and cool down that is, walk home.

I've split out the main list as joints are suffering with load.
