In the two bouts I lost I was being too conservative and not controlling the distance. I need to open and close the distance more to find opportunities.

Over all preparation was good. I had nutrition and equipment in order. I could have done with more and better sleep. I had some back and SI issues and the start of a cold so felt little lethargic.
