Back from holidays. Has a great, relaxing break. I ran 5k three time followed by some push ups, Somehow a run is easier in a nature reserve, under blue skies.
squats etc. I even went to my brother-in-law's the gym once. I hadn't lifted barbells in over three years. I really enjoyed it and realized how much I missed lifting heavy things.
