Stretch: Hip flexors, squat stretch.
Workout:
Squat 3x5x195lbs
Press 3x5x100
Deadlift 5x225 (changed from hook grip to mixed grip)
Cooldown:
Stretch: Quads, chest,
Rehab: AT, SI
