Warmup
Stretch hip flexors
20 swings, followed by 10 pushups
20 swings, 9 pushups
20 swings, 8 pushups etc etc.
Last set 20 Swings, 11 pushups (200 swings 24KG KB, 65 pushups)
Stretch: Hamstrings, chest
